Shop art challenge- awesome payments

Ok, I need art for my shops ASAP and I'm tired of searching for an open shop and waiting weeks for them to tell me they don't have time. I'm willing to pay more for art I like done quickly. What's the catch? Post your art here, and if I like it I'll use it and pay you. If I don't like it you don't get paid. You can keep trying however. But once I accept an entry that artist gets paid and no more entries are accepted, so it's in your best interest to be faster than any possible competition. What do I need?

My two shops you'll be creating these for. Check them for where your art will go:
Falcon's Dive
Silver's Boutique

1) User bars for both shops
---------a) Falcon's Dive should have a baby boar on it and a Blue/Green/ or Bronze crystalwing. Text is "Falcon's Dive: A Lineage Shop" [I do already have a bar for this shop; you're replacing it]
---------b) Silver's Boutique should have a Silver Alicanto and a baby Void dragon and should be silver and swirly. I need it to have an upscale look. Text is "Silver's Boutique: High End Shopping"
1 Payment: 5k

2) Falcon's Dive Banners
---------a) A banner for the first post. Use only pets I'm selling in the shop. Your choice for the rest. Text must say "Falcon's Dive" however.
---------b) Smaller "List of Orders" and "Current Stock" banners
---------c) Swirly black text that says "Tips are loved for free breedings" and "Rules" Fairly large.

Cool, I have some interest! ^^ I'm looking to BIG banners to go at the top of my shop pages, so I'd like them bigger if you guys can.

Dragon: The colors are a bit dark, and the way the wings cuts off on the right is a bit awkward, but not bad!

Stealthy: LOVE the eggs, but could you add some color to the background?

Just for clarity, payments are for numbers, not letters (so it's 5k for two userbars, not one). I might up it if I have to, because I know I'm going to be picky for this (and I apologize), but I want my shops to look perfect

Alright! I tweaked it a little! The background might be a little iffy, but I can't think of how to fix it at this moment...
