Plenty of lineages for one and all! Some are free and some you have to pay for, so check before you order.
Other people's lineages are free for the most part. Things that are hard to breed might also have a cost, like the Noctis Enox, but let me know if you want me to sell your lineage for free! I sometimes forget lineage rules, I'm not omnipotent! 
I will breed other people lineages with whatever I want, though for the most part I'll try to be nice. But if you annoy me, you might find your ice lineages with some fire.
