Trolling an entire roleplay community for nearly two days straight for kicks and the end result being a mess of inside jokes and a few new friends, plus a lovely feeling of WIN and a word-high?

I got hired at my vet's clinic (the one I take my pets to).
I was a little worried since I had the interview on Tuesday. They said they'd contact my previous supervisor (which was just for an internship) but she only works Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. With such a long gap (3-4 days!) between my interview and when they could contact her, I was worried that they would just go "forget it" and go for someone whose reference is a little more easy to get in touch with.
Now, I have to go cancel some interviews I had lined up for next week. My sister says to just not show up, but I think they deserve some courtesy since they were considering me for employment.
