Raintalon's Creature Entry

[Raintalon]

A large dragonish thing.

Egg:

A mixture of silver, blue, gold, green, and purple with small spikes along the edges like this:

Except smaller and less wide. Also has a majestic wing that is golden with a mixture of the other colors mentioned on the inside. It has bluish horns, and purple ears that are sticking out as well. It has a small red patch at the very center of the egg.

This egg is multicolored with various body parts poking out here or there.

Hatchlings:

A silver body, with a hint of gold in it that fades into a pure gold on the wings. The insides of the wings are a deep moss green. It has a small set of purple ears that fade into a beautiful red head, which in turn fades into the body. The spikes are blue-green, and two horns are blue. The eyes are amber, gazing at the screen with a hopeful expression. It's perched as if it was on a cliff, with both its wings extended. the horns are like this: /\ So they're not like an Ibex's. It has small clear front claws. A golden-brown belly is barely visible through thick silver legs.

You watch as a young dragon tumbles out of the egg it was kept in, blinking its catlike eyes furiously at the sudden light. It has a silver body, with purple ears and blue horns that fade into a brilliant red head. It stretches powerful gold-and-green wings, promising it to be a powerful acrobatic. It flies around after a few weeks, bothering the adult Gryphons and other Dragons. It nips you sometimes, with a feisty gleam in its eye. You sigh, thinking that it'll soon get into serious trouble.

Adults:

A large red head, staring at the screen. Its wings are pure gold, and seem to be reflecting sunlight. They are spread out, and the creature itself appears to be flying. A long silver tail is spread out behind the creature. The majestic blue-green spikes stretch all the way to the end of the tail. It has four large silver legs, folded against the body. Its belly is golden-brown. The purple ears are pricked as if surprised. Its blue horns now curl slightly if its male, but are small, and don't curl if female. The moss green insides of the wings are now covered in thin blood vessels. It has knowing amber eyes. Everything blends in to every other color it touches.

This majestic adult dragon is a feisty one, that's for sure. It'll always get into trouble if it has nothing to do, though it often just plays with others of its species. You had to train it to not prey on any Koi or Leviathans. It loves to fly above forests and oceans.(Please edit and add more on to this one...I'm braindead.)

It's called the Tropical Dragon or the Exotic Dragon... Maybe you could choose.

This is more information:

You are getting excited as your ship nears the single habitation on the Callisto Islands. You had been feeling the slightest bit overworked, and decided to take a break at the peaceful archipelago. Several days later, you are feeling restored, and decide to take a walk in the largest forest in the island. You see billions of insects, and the bright color of fruit shines through the trees. Stopping suddenly, you see a strange shape flying above the treetops. Curious, you follow it, wondering if the forest isn't as safe as it seems...

Entry 2:

Flaming Cactus Cat, Icy Cactus Cat and Cactus Cat

Egg:

A tail covered with spines emerges from an egg hardly visible through the flames that surround it.A tail covered in spines is nearly invisible through the icy wall surrounding it.A tail covered in spines emerges from a dark green egg.

Hatchling:

A young kitten nips your foot. It's a lively little thing, flaming orange and radiating intense heat. White-hot spines are covering this kitten, and a Magi will often get their coat snagged. It can control fire, and lets only the humans it trusts most hold it. It's already twice as big as a full-grown winged cat, and is growing bigger each day. Once, it fell off a cliff some 150 feet tall, and climbed back up unscathed. Its eyes are blue, and contain a mischievous glimmer. You can only hope that it will one day become sensible enough to stop trying to fight adult Direwolves before it gets into a serious predicament.A young kitten nips your foot. Twice as tall as a normal Magi, this gigantic cat is red, orange, and white with spines totally submerged in fire. Its soft meow has turned into a roar as loud as a thunderclap, and it has glittering blue eyes. It has to be separated from all Direwolves, as it will attack without warning whenever it sees one. In every other matter, it is sensible enough, although it often play-fights with other Cactus Cats. It never strays near water, and absorbs fire instead. It sometimes breathes fire, and seems proud enough after each incident. It appears to be rather arrogant, constantly licking its fur.Twice as tall as a normal Magi, this gigantic cat is different shades of blue and white with spines totally submerged in ice. Its soft meow has turned into a roar as loud as a thunderclap, and it has glittering white eyes. It has to be separated from all Direwolves, as it will attack without warning whenever it sees one. In every other matter, it is sensible enough, although it often play-fights with other Cactus Cats. It never strays near fire, and prefers to sleep outdoors. It sometimes breathes ice, and seems proud enough after each incident. It appears to be rather arrogant, constantly licking its fur.Twice as tall as a normal Magi, this gigantic cat is different shades of green and black with spines totally submerged in bark. Its soft meow has turned into a roar as loud as a thunderclap, and it has glittering green eyes. It has to be separated from all Direwolves, as it will attack without warning whenever it sees one. It sometimes coughs up acidic hairballs, and seems proud enough after each incident. It appears to be rather arrogant, constantly licking its fur.

Cactus Cats are feisty yet loyal pets that are often taken on adventures due to their fierce attacks if they think that their person is in danger. They have especially long spines on their legs and tails, and live in mysterious volcanic lands where cacti made from flames bloom. That said, it is next to impossible to get an egg, and even then you would have to wear gloves so your hands won't catch fire from the egg. If they do, it is said that your hands will remain forever burning until the egg hatches. These cats have had a feud with Direwolves ever since the first ones met. As you often see both creatures in the Keep, it is exceedingly hard to have one trained to stop fighting every Direwolf it sees. These creatures are next to indestructible, and will often have a bravery match to see who can jump off the highest cliff.Cactus Cats are feisty yet loyal pets that are often taken on adventures due to their fierce attacks if they think that their person is in danger. These creatures are next to indestructible, and will often have a bravery match to see who can jump off the highest cliff.

Edit: I made two hybrids.

Aghmtaf(Ah-Met-Taf)

Egg:

This egg has many different body parts protruding from odd angles...

Kitsune tails, Hippocampus tail curled around top, Unicorn horn, Direwolf pawprint, and gills, three on each side of the egg.

Hatchling:

You can write your own descriptions for both hatch and adult Aghmtaf. Kitsune tails/head, Hippocampus tail, Unicorn horn/two hooves, Direwolf body/two paws, gills on neck

Adult:

Same as above, but differing size and angles.

An Aghmtaf is a rare sight indeed. With the shyness of a Unicorn, ferocity of a Direwolf, gentleness of a Kitsune, and gracefulness(As well as the ability to breathe underwater) of a Hippocampus, it is very unlikely that you'll ever glimpse one. They live within the deepest recesses of the Silva Forest, and are a whitish color. They have streaks of silver throughout their pelt, and make loyal companions.

Kaloi: No, it has only one relation to the Koi. It's not a fish.

Egg:

An egg lays in your hand, containing many creature features...

Ibex horn, scales, Manticore wings/tail, surrounded by fire.

Hatchling:

(I like to see something new... I'll write the general, and from that you can write the adult/hatchling description)

A spiked horn curls around a snake-like eye. Has two thin lines of scales, and no arms. All other skin is covered in feathers. Two wings. A bladed tail. Has a gold plate with a silver outline and a ruby in the center. Surrounded by fire.

Adult:

Same as hatchling except bigger, especially the bladed tail. Flames are brighter, and is in a different posture.

Snake-like, although very large, Kaloi have been known to prey, and be preyed upon, by Ice Phoenixes. They are icy blue, and have both feathers and scales covering their body. Living in the Arkene, these giant flying snakes have grown rare, and are not at all common around the Keep. Many that did were killed in petty fights with Ice Phoenixes. They have no legs, so they have to rely on skill in the wild, stalking their prey and then either biting or cutting with their tails, and injecting the poison stored in them. The flames surrounding their body are used for protection.
