Does anyone know what a Male Frozen unnamed Temple Cat or Adult unnamed Female Temple Cat would go for?

Adults go for about 30k, so I'd say frozzen ones around 20-25ish range. Depends on bidders and such.

How much do either of the dragons usually go for? I think Voids are worth less right?

No, the Void is worth more because it cost more in the shop. Like Autumn Kirins are worth more than Chestnut ones.

I'm wondering about the prices of blue hippos, both streamborn and purebred 1st gen. Some I see going for 500g, some I see going for 100g. o_o I need some help to price my shop well ><

Should there be and extra charge for customers ordering a stream-born specific gender and color of gryphons and leviathans?
For gyphons there could be a 1 in 8 chance.
For leviathans, 1 in 6.

Are gender and color specific streamborn creatures worth more?

I would think so, considering how you may have to catch several of them before you end up with the right variation. I would charge (that is, when I actually run a shop) a bit of extra gold for every hatchling you catch that ends up the wrong gender or color.

Kooshy, a lot of people will charge a little bit extra, especially in stream-catching bussinesses (usually I've seen 25-50g extra) for each specific beyond species. Some will charge a portion of the value of the wrong-caught critter... Or will charge a fee for 'each extra egg caught' that is if it takes 4 attempts that's (example only) 25g each, so 100g. It's usually in increments of 25 or 50 as far as I've seen.

Not always true. Out of the recent Void/Celestial auctions Ive seen as of late (Last 1~2 weeks), the Celestial always sold for more. And my dragons Im auctioning now? The Celestial is going for twice as much as the Void. Voids were in demand when they were in the donation shop. Not so much now.

Voids were the 5 shard ones, whereas the Celestials were 3. I'm not sure if there's a gold price difference any more, but when I was seeing them available, the Voids were more expensive.
