Raven:

Hatchling: A young bird has emerged from this egg. It follows you everywhere, sitting on your shoulder and fluttering around the Keep. Shiny things hold a special passion for it, and it has stolen bright gems from many other magi. An intelligent thief, the hatchling stores its plunder behind bookcases and under your bed. You can't help being amazed at the things it can steal.

Just one suggestion to make an already awesome description better:

It's not the object that holds a passion for someone.
A person who likes something has a passion for it.

I was saying that I hope some entries are used as future creature ideas, in a kind of "honourable mention" category, since there are some good ones put forth that I think would make lovely additions here.

[Should I be so lucky, maybe my land lobsters and chatterbox parrots will be so considered. *crosses fingers*]

Anyways, having a raven about would be a source of either amusement or frustration [depending on who it's happening to], as you find yourself hunting down your keys for the hundredth time, or wondering [and belatedly realising why] you're a few gold coins short at time-of-purchase.

Wouldn't it be cool if the raven would take up to 100 of your gold coins at a time and hide them in the World somewhere? ^^ And when you find them, there's a little more along with it? As an optional feature, of course.
