You should probably be more specific - is it a painting? A drawing? A lineart? A graphic design document? People usually don't take on commissions without knowing exactly what they're getting into. You don't give enough information to confirm that this is even a transaction that's allowed here...

It's a lineart I drew, I would love to see it as digital art. I'm sure that's allowed on here, if not could a mod lock this....

Well, show a small version of the lineart (MS paint lets you shrink image size) then!
The Hall of Arts rules can tell you whether or not something's allowed.
