Rose Imp x Rewin Dragon (No Name Yet)

Post by Raulke »

Rose Imp + Rewin Dragon

"Rewin Rose Dragon"? "Rewin's Rose Dragonet"? "Rewin Impdragon"? No idea what to call it, but there's some suggestions. Suggestion: they may differ in color based on the Rose Imp used to create it (Red, Pink, Yellow, White, Black). I've tried to avoid referring to it by name since, well... I don't have a name for it yet. :t-woo: Descriptions follow.

Egg Description: This dark green egg has a pattern of blue and yellow stripes upon it, and two sharp thorns emerge from it.

Hatchling Description: Barely large enough to wind around a magi's finger, this tiny creature is a whirlwind of energy. Squirmy and seeming almost hyper at times, it is very difficult to get these creatures to sit still. Fortunately most of their energy is spent stalking bugs in the rose bushes they prefer to live in, much like their Rose Imp parents. Though they will bother magi to beg for sweets, or steal them if they can. A surefire way to bond with one of these creatures is to present one with a chocolate-covered insect of some sort.

Adult Description: Magi who hope that reaching adulthood will tame this creature's mischievous streak are destined to be sorely disappointed. In fact their energy only increases as they grow older, making it extremely difficult to keep track of these creatures. However unlike a hatchling, once they grow up these creatures know how to focus their energy. Which can be good or bad. Hopefully a magi has trained theirs well. Otherwise magi may find their stashes of candy and other sweets disappearing at an alarming rate.

General Description: It is rare that Imps and Dragons should grow close enough to create offspring. With the small body and backwards-curving horns of its Rose Imp parent but the wings of its Rewin parent, these creatures often appear quite majestic. Unfortunately they also inherit the Rose Imp's penchant for mischief, with the Rewin Dragon's energy, so owning one is often just as much a curse as a blessing. Mercifully their pranks are rarely harmful, and they can usually be dissuaded with a sweet treat, as these creatures love the taste of sweet things, and gladly add them to their diet along with insects. When not pranking others they can be quite affectionate. And useful as well, as they also inherit the Rose Imp's ability to increase the growth of plants.
