Falling on to it from a decent height. I've seen real-life stories where people have fallen off of roofs on to metal fencing and impaled themselves, so you could have the character be pushed/fall/lose their balance and land on a fence or a bit of rebar. Boom. Impaled.

Or you could have someone shove them on to it, Walking Dead style. Although the zombies in Walking Dead are squishy and therefore easier to shish kabob than an actual living meatsuit, so the person doing the shoving would have to be very strong.

It's so GLITTERY. I love it. It doesn't need any highlighting or anything to set it off, it's just BAM, shiny eyes, and blending it around your crease naturally pulls out the brown undertones. Also, because it's so glittery and shiny, it doubles as festive eyeshadow.
