Having trouble with navigating MS in general

Basically I can't do the following - and before you suggest it, yes I have cleared my cache and history several times, it works for like 5 minutes and then doesn't work again:
- buy creatures from the shop
- freeze creatures
- start trades
- I get cached pages every time I access anything, so I have to hard refresh

What happens is that I am either logged out, redirected to the previous page (in the case of buying creatures), or redirected to the forum (in the case of trading). Should I just restart my laptop and clean it that way or is there an easier way for me to clean everything?

Sounds like you should ask an admin to assist. Morgaln is very helpful.

If you have cleared your cache and still are having the problems I would recommend restarting your computer.

Chrome and Firefox. Even went to IE. xD

Yep, and I just cleaned my computer + restarted it. Made no difference, still tried to freeze the pegasus in my main tab and it didn't work at all.

Is this happening only with MS or are you having trouble with other sites too.

One thing I would suggest would be to turn of your modem (power off for at least 10 seconds), simultaneously turn of your computer too.

After about 10 - 20 seconds turn both on and see if it makes a difference.

Most sites that require a log-in. And thank you Tinni, I'll go try that right now.

Edit: Ok, it seems to be only interfering with MS. And I have turned off the modem and my computer but it doesn't make a difference either.

Do you have another computer available to try? Maybe a friend or siblings? If you can try another computer, or even a tablet, it'll help find out if there's a problem with your computer/browser or if it's something with the site itself.

Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling a browser and see if that fixes it? I'm not super tech savvy but maybe there's something going on with your Windows firewall or antivirus that's blocking certain things on MS? No idea if this is even possible (like I said, I'm not too tech savvy ) but it can't hurt to check it out.

:o Thank you so much! I'll try these suggestions right now. I'm pretty sure it's a problem with my firewall in that case, because it's really just MS that has the problem right now.
