Even a two or three month hiatus like I had helped. Another thing that helps is changing goals and focus on different or new keep goals.

Heh. It's 3am and I've entertained myself the past 45 mins by drawing an ivy vine crawling up from my ankle to me knee in pen ink. My parents are NOT going to be happy.

There is something very wrong with my neck. It's stiff and it hurts, and every time I move my head or bend over to pick something up, it feels like the pressure in my skull increases tenfold. I even think I ruptured a few capillaries in my eye, because it's all pink. Aspirins don't help, so I'm going to try removing my pillows at night. That, and not sit down too much.

Sh- Even shaking my head hurts like a female dog.

i have done that, 2 years of hiatus and then come back. then, Bammm.. lots of new shiny creatures xD
