There's a quest at Lake Lakira -> https://magistream.com/world/4 <- Lady Alua's Sanctum, where you can trade two male Donec hatchies for a gender-change potion. Those potions also some times appear in the Mysterious Bags in the Black Market.

We can't trade potions, so here's how we do it - I'll send you a trade, you add the Yule Castor to the trade and send it to me. Once I have it, I'll use the potion to change the gender and then send it right back to you
