Quests missing from The Library?

Quests missing from The Library?

I've only found one at least. It's 'Attune to an element' and it can be found in The Keep. There's no mention of it in The Library, but the quest is about collecting one of each of the elemental foxes.

Not every quest is in the Library automatically. The element related quests haven't been added yet. :italian:
