Oh yes, I love watching the faculty as well They're such great personalities.BBkat wrote: Yess!
Occasionally the camera set up will show other rooms in the house with the 'Faculty' aka the cats that the fosters own, the permanent residents (who are kept separate from the cats being fostered). And at night they switch on the night vision on the cameras to keep it 24/7.

A mother turkey brought her babies to the bird feeders yesterday afternoon. The babies are still little stripy fluffballs. Mom was wondering if they were old enough to fly yet. I pointed out that one baby was all the way up in the hanging bird tray (and having a better time with it than the one fully grown turkey who tried that once). That baby is going places.

Get him something familiar scented near his food bowlSoleil wrote:Dog is refusing to eat after the move, hopefully he'll get his shit together soon. I'm sure he's eating /something/ but definitely not enough to be noticeable. The cat, on the other hand, is a fatass and won't stop eating.
Like blankets or something. It's a new unfamiliar place so it might make him nervous, get him slowly used to the new place, and keep an eye so he doesn't starve
This Signature looks so bad on mobile. Good lord it is HUGE. I'll need to work on that at some point. For now though I sleep

Thank you all for the recs, I'll look into them and maybe pick up an ebook or two. I've got a couple long days of travelling and I'll need some things to distract me

Why do so many people consider taking shelter during a tornado warning inconvenient? We had a storm cell go over while I was at work and we were told to get into the basement, including customers. One couple were at first complaining about the delay in their travel, but they settled down after I brought up radar on my phone. Practically every crew member who smokes took the time to go outside into the storm and then of course, take pictures and video of the circling clouds. Admittedly no tornado hit here, but most of the comments I heard after were to the tune of "yeah, they made us all hide in the [lowest level room]". I mean, if you're working, it's free time on the clock, why complain?
Feel free to click my entire keep. Anything I don't want to grow is protected.

The weather has been real bad here, too. We've had a couple of warnings today. No actual tornado, but strong winds. Some places lost power and some trees are down. Nothing too had overall. Everyone was outside though... filming and gawking. It wouldn't be a storm in the Midwest if people didn't gawk.MistyoC wrote:Why do so many people consider taking shelter during a tornado warning inconvenient?
