Feathered Wyvern (Emerald Wyvern x WCP)

WCP = Western Cyan Psittarx.
Was originally Wyvern x Vetus, changed when the post below gave me a better idea.

I want the description to talk about their hide being more of a supple leather than scales, other than that, I'd have to think a lot harder than I want to tonight to come up with the rest.

The concept is alright but the vetus seems like the wrong mate for this result, vetus are giant ice monsters that don't seem to have feathers so having a feathered wyvern be the result is kinda random.
