Yeah, from what google gave me it takes a bit.NorthernLady wrote:I was just about to say that...PKGriffin wrote:Usually 6-12 hours, depending on the external temperature, the size of the body, and how close to ambient temperature you want it to be.BBkat wrote:Today on 'I swear I'm not a murderer, it's just for writing'

Which means there wouldn't be much of a noticeable difference if it's been like, less than an hour(unless it's super cold as shit outside, which it isn't in this case).
*looks* wow, this spurred quite the discussion
All I wanted to find out was if it would be accurate to describe him as feeling cool to the touch(from what I'm getting, no probably not, the difference wouldn't be significant enough to tell at that point from touch alone).

My new job is awesome I'm working at a hemp oil company who makes all kinds of products with hemp oils and such. I ship stuff out and make sure customer service is running smoothly.
I have my own desk! And I'm getting my own office o3o I'm so faaaancy.
They're refurbishing a new building they bought to have extra rooms- so the room they're building right now will be my new shipping office. They let me pick the color of the room they'll paint it in today it's a soft purple color- pretty pale, but once the paint is on a giant wall it'll look much darker.
WHOOOT!

Re: How Was Your Day Thread V5
So tired of seeing people who breeds their poor dogs just to make money off of them. $200+ is NOT a rehoming fee. That's selling. I'd rather take an accidental mutt for free. They're the best dogs, anyway.
Someone here bred their poor chihuahua, and I KNOW they did not take it to the vet (small dogs usually can't do live births, they need c-sections). They're trying to sell puppies for $200 each (5 pups), and I guarantee you those pups have no shots and have fleas and worms. Besides the fact that this is farming/ranching community. People would pay that much for a cattle dog; no one here wants an ankle biter.
I personally know the person that bred the dogs. I know the condition of the home and the other animals there. You would NOT want to buy a puppy from them anyway. Take them for free to rescue them, yes. Pay money, no.
Head is still pounding. Still feel crappy, but still not exactly "sick". No matter what migraine/tension headache meds I try, none work.
And I have no food. Don't get food stamps until the 7th, either. I only get $194 per month, and everything here costs 5x as much, because it's the middle of nowhere. Plus no fridge. Have to keep the dogs wet food (open can, I only feed a little with her dry food) and the rabbits veggies (out of those, too) outside, since it's getting cold out.
