The creature release news thread in the Site News will always tell all the important details of whether something is permanent, or limited, and whether something will be breedable later on or not.

These were actually released during my country's 200th independence day anniversary! They have absolutely no connection to Argentina, but it's still cool lol
We do have sea lions at the coast, though, now that I remember! So I'm just going to assume that MS did this for me (and any other Argentinian around, if there's any left)
The Triaks have light blue, white and yellow(ish) in their coats. So definitely for Argentina. Yeah.

Oh, yes, it really looks like a catfish from Argentina! I'm going to name mine Argentina now.
