I'm sorry but this record is being rejected because there really is no way for this to be really verified. If I were to entertain this record as a possibility I would have to consider all other candidates for this record and I would have to ask for Rose or other magistream mods to be brought into this to confirm such records and these records could easily take time to sort through. Time that the mods could be doing other things that are more important to the development of the site.

So, I am sorry but this record will be not recorded.
