Quest Benefits

So..what are the benefits of doing the quest on the world map?
Do they give you gold or something or make the site better? So far I only know that I got an egg ^^;

Most of the quests give you an egg :3 The Initiation quest gives you access to the Dark Brotherhood shop, where you can buy eggs only available there. And another gives you the ability to turn Rewin dragons from normal to ancient :3

Yes, you get an egg (note, that quests giving you more than 4 is a glitch and doing it on purpose to get more than 4 is an exploit which is Very Bad (tm)...) The base species that are acquired through quests cannot be acquired through any other means... their offspring can, but the founding line cannot. The Dark brotherhood quest offers access to an exclusive shop, and the Naga Ally quest offers an ally rather than a tradeable creature. Unfortunately I don't remember off the top of my head what the formal start point titles are for those.
