That griffin looks great, especially the coloring. It's hard to find someone who colors non-digitally anymore and does it well.

And I based it on a few birds. The front half was drawn based on an osprey drawing, the tail and feathers were a Hyacinth Macaw, and I started to do the coloration on a golden Eagle, but wanted to do the wing feathers differently.

Oh wow! :D It's very diverse! I can now see all those bird characteristics in the gryphon! Good job! :derr:
