    It's a quest that starts in the Keep on the world map. So click world - keep - Aderyn's Amagnae Farm quest/121

    You must have three unfrozen and unnamed hatchlings of the stream Amagnae sitting in your Main tab to give in exchange for an egg of the new type. ^_^
