Please keep Tenoch Huerta in your thoughts and prayers. He's got to be an ass during Chadwick's MUC Send Off. Namor is such a dick at times and, while we know Marvel likes to lie in their trailers, I don't think that the Comic-Con trailer did that, for once. The better of a job he does the more we're going to want to hate him and the only thing is that Marvel is brilliant at doing Villans Who Have A Point. Come November please to keep in mind that actors are not their character.

I logged into Lioden for the first time in 2 years today and I do not know how up to date my knowledge of special bases and marks and everything is.
Good thing I've never left Magistream for that amount of time lol

My 4 weeks in the US ended horribly. The trip overall wasn't the best, but of course my horrible luck had to get me in the end.
The NIGHT before I was meant to fly back to Vietnam, my hotel burned down. I lost everything but my passport and credit cards (only because I was on my way to get dinner and had grabbed my purse.)
So I had to pay to reschedule my flight for a week later then spend over a thousand dollars trying to replace the clothing that I'd lost, some of which I had JUST BOUGHT the day before the fire.
Now I'm back in Vietnam (got back on the 27th) and am having to deal with the fall-out via email. I have my mother doing all the main corresponding with the hotel owner and their insurance companies, but they are 100% trying to get out of paying for anything and telling us to "use our homeowner's insurance" - which I don't have because I'm not a US resident so now they're making a claim for me.
I had personal travel insurance just in case, but even that is not a for certain thing. I had to give them receipts and "definitive proof of ownership" of everything I'd lost in the fire, but that wasn't possible for a lot of things that I'd either owned for years or just purchased things where the receipt burned up with the items.
I'm just ready for this to be over. I want reimbursement for the loss of so much stuff.

Found out last week that my poor Jimmy has too much fluid in his heart. It came out of nowhere, he'd just had a perfect bill of health 2 months prior and started having coughing fits. Now he's on stupidly expensive meds to help fix the issue.
I don't know what I'll do without this dog. I already feel like I'm in an emotional rut with low energy.

We lost another one of the original Star Trek cast; Uhura/Nichelle Nichols passed away on the 30th, she was 89. That only leaves 3 now; Kirk, Sulu and Chekov.

Switching clinics on state insurance is such a pain. Besides needing to sign off on all the medical records and transferring prescriptions, I also have to get all the referrals to my specialists resent by the new clinic. Ugh.
