its just shame you can't trade eggs...

I still don't get it. :'( I'm trying to trade JUST gold but I don't see "save options" button anywhere! Can someone help?

Enter the number of coins you want to send then it'll appear to the right from 'cancel' (above the place for your password). So to send some money you need to enter the number, click 'save changes', then put your password and click 'confirm offer'.

And about egg trading - I'd really really like to see it back, if only some ways of preventing cheating could be implemented.
