Northeast to the capital, but still close to the center, whereas oracles lie to the north. Mountainy side.

I decided to put Iliad's home in a nomadic mountain country, northern following the mountains. Still north is Koyla's homeland, next to Iliad's.

And yes, this means the king was willing to venture in other countries.

Ella and Safila in a corner staring in silence. one of them turns to the other. "they're going to get killed without us there." "yup." silence. "...let's get out of here." "yup."

they take off together and go on a few crime sprees, never get caught. somehow run into the group, but get away before any sticky questions arise. go to a few new places. somehow run into the group agAIN. this pattern repeats a few times until one of them is just like "this is a conspiracy isn't it" and they give up and join the group again

the group proceeds to kill fate, safila takes over the underground, milina accidentally becomes the subject of worship for a violent cult, walker is crowned king whether or not the country has a monarchy or not and leads a rebellion against himself, iliad subjugates the mountain ranges under her rule, and the rest get drunk which leads to hilarious results. also things burning down to the ground.

But, Walker ain't the leader type. He just kinda wung it so far.
Would something along the lines of "Beats getting hunted your whole life." or "No fate means less golems."

Because no one likes golems.

Walker strikes me as the type to get bored of being king, start a rebellion and allow someone else to take over it, fund the rebellion anonymously, and just sit back in his throne room and watch everything going down just for shits and giggles xD

or maybe that's just my inner Safila talking.

Oh well, just means I have a lot to catch up on. Luckily it was only two pages. I can roll with that fine. Kind of sweetens the deal of waking up early.
