I have.....TERRIBLE luck with the genders on these.
8 eggs, all female.

Why are the males avoiding me?! And I'm running out of time to get the number of males to catch up with the females! D:

And I don't even have any potions up for use anymore either -- I used them all on donis.
And I don't have the time before the Halloween event to get some fish for the gender potion cause 1. work takes a lot of my time and 2. I am NOT a fast hatcher. Also the fish are turning out mostly female for me as well, so that isn't helping much.

I am having terrible luck with this lol.

Tell me about it! I'm sorely tempted to start offering 1st gen donis to trade for male donec hatchlings...

Though so far my Ixsu have behaved themselves. Now if that last one would hatch male...

Idk, mine both hatched perfect. Male and female pair (on a role with the skellions, then these)

I'm so glad these are stream creatures, I love these things and I still don't have enough of them. :)
Gender wise for me it has not been too unequal with 11 females and 9 males so far, which is weird since I usually have terrible luck with genders.
