it depends on the complexity and rarity of the puff a luff. they are 100-300 gold but in some cases can be more

Mmk. So then with customizing. What parts of them can I customize?

if your talking about store bought ones, they can be given accessories, and can be changed by elemental orbs, angelic orbs, demonic orbs... etc. customs are completley customised to your liking (im pretty shure you already know this becuase you play CS)
