The joy I feel when I see a Lakiran Seahorse egg floating down the stream while I have a free egg slot is honestly a little silly But I gasp and snatch it up as quickly as I can to freeze it for my Quarry :3

I am really hating the weather currently, it is either raining very heavily or too hot- nothing in between. Meh!
Found my way back to Magistream after a long time. Hoping to stay this time around.

I hate Ikea so much right now. Ordered a couple of billies a few weeks ago and they sent me multiple messages that the billies will be delivered on the 30th of September.
Guess what. They didn't arrive.
Called to see what the f is going on with my order.
I've been on hold with them for over an hour. 20 more minutes and it'll be a waste of time cause they work from 10am to 6pm.

Okay, I'm done with time zones. They can sit and spin, I hate them. I want to be in the same timezone as her so that I can talk with her while we're both conscious; that would make the distance so much more tolerable.
I've become just a whiny little brat - I'm at work, she's at work. We're fine! We both have to work! That's normal! I'm just a whiny bitch and I miss her and I want to hear her yap about everything as much as I can.
Clearly we're still in the honeymoon phase But man, I'm just obsessed with her. She's so perfect

Re: How Was Your Day Thread V5
So, two of my aunts, both 75+ were among those living in Spruce Pine, NC. After Helene hit, we didn't hear from them and their phone line was down. They have no cell phone, no computer, and they live in a heavily-forested area. I called in a wellness check with local law enforcement and my sister did with Red Cross. Days past, still no answer.
My mom was despairing. All of us were preparing for the worst, and then my mom got a vm from someone who says he's a local pastor and that they're okay and he brought them some fresh water. (Thank God.)
Edit: My aunts were able to make it to a local grocery store and call my mom. They're doing well. No damage, enough food and water, full stocked meds. They have no power and no phone service, but they're getting by.

Today in returning to MS for spooky month:
- discovered the Riparian Grove and egglocked myself
- immediately discovered there's a new color of wyvern to breed for
Re: How Was Your Day Thread V5
i don't know how long you've been able to check which biome's stream a creature is native to in the bestiary but i am so glad that's been added because i like to sort them by natural habitat and have had to just *guess* with all the ones that don't specifically mention their habitat in their description and apparently i have guessed incorrectly on numerous species

Re: How Was Your Day Thread V5
I get to leave work 5 minutes early today cause they're cutting the power in the building at 10pm to do some maintenance work. It hardly makes a difference to my 12 hours shift, but it really gives me the feeling of a short day... (for some weird reason)
