The usual place for these item requests would be the Merchant District as it's - sort of - the same as buying a creature.
Another thing - I see you have gender-change requests in your sig. Do you know that we have a gender-change potion?
You can get such a potion by handing in two male Donec hatchlings to Lady Alua in Lake Lakira - https://magistream.com/world/4 -- OR, I can do it for you, I have loads of gender-change potions which I bought from the Black Market. I can gender-change them for free for you.
