Some items are available in the mysterious bags available in the Black Market which appears and disappears from time to time. Some you get by breeding creatures (carrot cookie to turn Kitsune and Arkenian Kitsune to Rabbitsune, the fish cookie to turn the normal Koi to Glacial Koi, the bird cookie to turn Puvia into Aurora Puvia), some were got from Cookie Jars, Mysterious Tin Boxes, Grab Bags during events for example. Are you referring to any particular item?
