Mordecai's Foul Concoction Quest?

I'm having trouble finding the quest. I know it's supposed to be in The Keep, but I'm not finding it there. I haven't completed the quest before so I'm not sure why it's not there.

It should appear at the top of this page. I read up about it and part of the quest is in the Silva Forest on the world map, if you partially completed it then it may appear there. Otherwise, it could be a bug?

I've gone through all of the quests on The Keep and went to the Silva Forest in case I started it years ago, but still am not seeing it. Do you know who I could report this to?

Mordecai's Foul Concoction

How to Proceed

Go to the The Keep section in the MagiStream World.
Start the quest by clicking on Mordecai's Foul Concoction and continue by clicking the Accept button.

Tasks

Get 4 Koi eggs. They have to be live, and unnamed. They can be bred but cannot be frozen or named. Hand them over to Mordecai by returning to the Keep and continuing the Quest.
Get 2 Chimera eggs and 2 Arkenian Kitsune eggs. The eggs have to be live, and unnamed. They can be bred but cannot be frozen or named. Hand them over by returning to the Keep and choosing the quest Additional Ingredients.
Get the Herb from Silva Forest. But before you can actually receive it, you have to answer the question. The answer is: Celeste.

That's the Wiki info.. double check your eggs; they have to be 'live, unfrozen and unnamed' or the quest won't accept them. And while it doesn't say so, make sure they are in your main tab too.

Also in addition to Cinnamin's info, if you open the spoiler in Cinnamin's post, you'll see that you need 2 Arkenian Kitsune eggs and 2 Chimera eggs, not one of each as you have in your Main tab. That could be why the quest isn't showing up for you.

And from the look of it MoonHeart you already have the emerald wyvern meaning you've done the quest.

If you are talking about the one named Emeraldwing in her dragon tab...that one is bred not QB. I'm thinking maybe Nyx has it...she needs 2 of each of the eggs and one has 1 each. It's been more than 13 or so years since I did that quest...I've slept since then.
