MS Staff: The site isn't working at all. So many bad gateway errors. These slow hatchers won't hatch at all. Fix the site, and leave the Arkai in the stream until you do. Please. These are gorgeous, and it's just such a shame. Thanks--random

I can also agree with this request, I'm still stuck on my first batch of these pastels and it saddens me to think I just won't get a second batch before they are out the stream. While the issues are being looked at and lots of brain storming on the possibilities that could be causing this along with what can be done to correct them--I really hope these Arkai remain in the stream till this all clears up.

Oh man that would be so amazing if they could stick around a little longer. I've been stressing about hatching these things before they're gone. Clicking through this thread to help hatch!

I also hope the pretties stay for a few more days! Normally, I can hatch 2 Arkai batches per day (usually with Twitter mainly), but I've barely squeezed out 1 batch each day, with 1 lucky day where they hatched a little faster for me and I got some extras.

I want to hoard these pretties - one of my fav Arkais! My kids love them, too, and they just can't get things hatched very quickly.

At this rate, I really do think hatching times for these longer hatchers may need to be adjusted until the lag/error issues are mostly resolved.

I click the IFN every day, but I have no clue if all of my clicks actually register since I snap link and the tabs auto-close. I have a hunch many eggs I clicked aren't actually getting the clicks, which is why everything is hatching more slowly.

I understand the lag/errors are probably amazingly frustrating to figure out what's wrong, but I just hope some things get adjusted as a temporary fix while we wait for a more permanent one.

Things that help us make the site better: giving us concrete ideas and suggestions about HOW parts of the site could function better.

Things that don't help us make the site better: off-handed more or less veiled comments about how we don't take any issues seriously, or how we don't care about our community, or how we don't listen, or just all in all complaining how everything is always so terrible. That's not on us, that's on you.

As I'm sure you're well aware, being active on many areas of the forum and having been around the site for quite some time already, even though you seem to want to always concentrate on the negative, is that we actually read suggestions on how to make things better, we take into account people's wishes and feedback. We won't be able to make every single wish of every single person possible, as many times people have contradictory desires. We also won't necessarily be able to grant the wishes right away, but we do take them into account.

As in this Arkai case. The extension to their stay could only be made now instead of continuing their stay seamlessly, so there was a three hour gap, but because so many people are having trouble with the site as of now, of course we're extending their stay.


All in all the Arkai are back, and will stay in the stream up to and including January 6th. They will also be somewhat easier to hatch.
