Idk if it was answered before, thanks to let me know if it's the case, but I'm rather curious about those two:

are those old Amagnae sprite or something like that? I kinda love how fluffy they looks like!

The first is a male Pastel Wugu Amagnae and the second is a male Chromatic Wugu Amagnae, both from 2015

Oh! So I'm guessing we can't get those anymore? Well, if they ever came back, I'll be sure to get them!

Nope. You just press the Twitter button on a creature’s page.

You have to do the quest. Three of the stream turkeys hatchlings will get you one of the new ones.
You can find the quest by going to The Keep via the World tab.
