People had to go and ruin the GBs, of course. So now we all have to suffer.

Anyway, Winter Solstice and the Halloween event are always my favorites. If anyone here wants to look in my Others and Holiday Sales tabs and pick out a few things as a pre-gift of what they're missing, feel free. Just PM me.

Anyone can look in my Keep and ask for bred babies of past creatures for free. I just ask that you don't have one before you ask. I don't do shards, but you can borrow donations.

What happened? I don't remember why GBs stopped being a thing...

i think it was a combo of things, there was always some kind of drama about it (people not feeling they knew to gift a certain amount to get the gb, them going for outrageous prices in waynal, people feeling they were unfair, lots of complaining, etc), i don't blame them for getting rid of them/not wanting to deal with it (esp since they were supposed to be a nice extra thing), tho it is sad.

the gifting events are my faves regardless. i love going through people's lists and gifting them nice things if i'm able to <3 the solstice critters are also usually some of my faves too (tendency towards deer, bunnies and foxes a lot of the time), so it's all just really a nice fun event.

I like that idea! Pangolins are pretty darn awesome.

It's baby's first solstice over here, so I'm just intrigued to see it all unfold. I think gifting holidays are becoming my favorite very quickly. The mechanism is the most balanced I've seen.
Nothing fancy, but I do have a freebies tab you are welcome to peruse once a month.

Solstice is the best event on here, IMO. :D

The Christmas event is my most favored event on here, too! I love Christmas, gifting is so much fun, and the creatures are easily my favourite event critters. (Aside from the Tsaanguir.)

i'm confused about why they say no gift born creatures... last year news thread for christmas says there will be no gift born creature for 2019 but the christmas thread says the house muris were a gift from magistream staff? not the same thing? :orly:

i noticed it when looking for creatures im missing to add to my wishlist
