Well, I can't win a main prize anyway being part of the staff but really looking to get least 10 pairs of each color fish! (This is going to be a lot of fish!!)

How to post the image of egg or hatchling so the image doesn't grow with the creature:

Right click on the creature's image - choose "copy image location" - post that within the img tags, it should look like this:

WOW thanks for the tip! I've always been kinda meh on using Twitter for MS but this event made me finally break down and make an account and I wish I'd done it years ago. It's so simple and works so well.

Whoa, I literally just realized all the colourations for the hatchling Butterfly Fish are of the caterpillars of the real butterflies; that's why the, say, Ulysses hatchling, is green and not blue like the adult is. :o

I thought it was like, prediction stuff
Like

Base has a yellowish hatchling --> next critter is yellow
Next critter was yellow, with a blue tint to the hatchling --> next critter was blue
Blue had a green hatchling --> next creature was green
Green had a grey-ish hatchling etc etc.
So that's a thing, which would mean F aka 6th gen aka the next one to be found would follow the sunset's hatchling colors of either black, red or white
But that's just a silly that I thought of

So far, none of them besides Swallowtail can breed with the base. However idk if that's just for the contest or if it's permanent
