In general new regular releases (meaning non-doni) get their breeding turned on within a month or so of their release. There are a few exceptions to that, but the exceptions are quite rare.

Wow! People got CRAZY amounts of crystalwings from the event!! The new one are so beautiful!! Sad that I hadn't logged in for a few days and totally missed it lol oh well, there's always next year!! =P

I have the moon shards to stop the rotation. I have the hatchlings and adults, but due to the time difference, I have been unable to get this colour

Do we know the exact times for the different varieties?

the first post has the ~about~ times, i think they go by the usual site times for things that have daylight cycles (so 6am -noon EST is morning, Noon to 6pm is afternoon, 6p-12a is evening, 12a-6a is night)? i'm on pacific time so i'm back a bit, but that seems to be how they've been rotating
