Tried both while drunk and when sober, same result both times; popup box appeared, flower count when down, but the count went back up as soon as I did anything else.

I drank the drink called Floral Fuzzy Navel, and got the Sun and Moon shards, but I didn't get any flowers or a rewin dragon. Is it because I am still a fairly new player?
