Yes for cookies only. The ashen feather can also be gotten by breeding two phoenix together so that you can then transform it into an Elder Phoenix.

This time we have a red Cookie Jar (for completeness, Bundels of fun)
It gives out randomly: Latifra Beast Cookie, Carrot Cookie, Koi Cookie, Puvia Cookie, Nulorn Cookie, Chupacabra Cookie, Elephant Snail Cookie, the Orange and Purple Dried Corn, Sun and Moon Shard and the Heart of Chocolate.
Not sure if its all which is given out from this box.
