Oh I believe the Sepulghul, Skelmblor and Vahti are exclusive to the Halloween Shop
Maybe they can be gotten from Remy's halloween drink

No i got my sepulghul from the stream i think it might be a very rare spawn aka too the point that its more guaranteed too get it by just buying it

Or they're sneaking out of the shop. Cause yeah I've seen them there but I don't recall us ever having a release being the shop AND stream at the same time. It might just be a glitch. We need a mod to confirm for sure tho

Your sepulghul egg began hatching tonight. You have opened the window to let out the stench that seems to billow from the widening cracks in its shell, but the noxious fumes burn your eyes and nose. You cough and turn away, only to hear a loud crack, like bones snapping. On the table in front of you is a pile of rotten bones, glistening wet in the moonlight. A high pitched shriek sends you stumbling back as tiny fangs snap at the air. It is hungry.
