Don't know if it's new or old, but yeah, that's kind of a low drop rate.

Not entirely sure what to do with the cookies yet.

Yes we can use the old ones after the event, if the new ones function similarly it is to be guessed that they too will be functioning the same

I did the quest but still haven't gotten them...hm.

*EDIT* now I randomly have an extra 5 puvia cookies that poofed into my inventory, what is happening
