I’m so confused as to what’s happening right now in terms of the cookies and rabbitsunes. I really appreciate the event either way and I’m sure there will be plenty of nice people who will breed and gift rabbitsunes anyway. Even if not now I know I LOT of people that are still active and the kindest people in the world who once not busy will likely breed and give them away.

There’s no official conversion. Just because the odds suck doesn’t mean that it’s official, or even that all of the odds are bad for everyone. I don’t mean to be rude but at the end of the day it’s all just digital creatures and even though we can all agree we love them, it’s no big deal if we don’t get them right away or even SB ones.

I like to joke about the gold spent, but it’s really funny to watch and everything but In my opinion it’s not huge or necessary. I just really appreciate the hard work everyone has spent on making the events and creatures I don’t want them to just see all this flame and feel bad.

Yeah I agree... 600 drinks for 10 cookies seems a bit odd. I've had 300 drinks and I've gotten 30. If some people really are getting only 10 cookies per 600 drinks, then wow, I feel so bad for them, but I think it's honestly based on luck more than anything.

I've had 828 drinks and gotten 14 carrot cookies. At first I was kind of upset because I spent a ton of gold on those drinks, but now I've decided to be patient and wait for the MS staff to reveal whatever's next. I trust them.

2. No everyone will buy the midmonth, or buy shards to breed it.

And yet, the cookie drop rate seems to have been calibrated based on the current rate of Shards to Gold conversions.

Remember Dana... it's 120 gold per drink and that the average seems to be 600 for 10 cookies that's 72,000 gold.

I thought there were tax ramifications that made it impossible to have donis and regular creatures compatible or an official gold to shard conversion rate....

But you don't need shards to crossbreed. You just won't get a doni out of it, only the normal variant. For example, you can breed Emerald and Cobalt Wyverns without shards just fine, but you won't get a Cobalt egg from that.

And it's not like you HAVE to breed them with the midmonth. You can just breed them among each other, too.

I don't see the problem with an extra breed option when it doesn't take away any of the normal things? I mean, if there was some kind of hybrid between the two that could only be obtained by breeding an event rabbit with a doni one, I would understand, but as it is it's literally the same breeding mechanic as with every other event creature, only the added option to breed it with this month's 2-shard, too.

What's so bad about that?

As for the average, Rosehill said the drop rate was (not counting luck) roughly every 6th cookie. That makes 60 drinks for 10 cookies, not 600. Everyone seems to be having bad luck with it, yes, but not 72k-for-10-cookies bad.

... Hopefully. Because that would hurt.

Some might have meant the 10/600 as 10 rabbitsune or new cookies and not counting the others
But Tyriagris has it down, it doesn't cost to breed with a doni, just an extra option

Yes, you get the cookie randomly. I know I got about four carrot cookies for about 196, but I did get 22 cookies in total.

I've had 24 drinks, and I've only gotten two cookies. So that's 1/12 for me. Both of them were the old ones unfortunately. I, also, went broke because of the last black market. So I don't have enough gold to keep going especially if we get shop creatures.

you can get all the morphs from the arkenian kitsunes (i think the regular ones only give the white tipped morph? but i don't have confirmation on that)
