If they had been tradeable, I would have collected a set.. but since they aren't tradeable, aren't breedable and don't do anything for your game, I released the 50 or so I collected. I figure if they ever do become tradeable, I'll just go do the quest again.. until then tho, they were just a waste of space.
I like them because the punny names crack me up. I want to collect every one. I guess I’ll just be repeating the quest every time there’s booze available at Remy’s, and releasing all the duplicates. :t-cry:

It would just be SO much more pleasant to just be able to swap them with others for the ones I still need.

I’m not sure how pixel pets waste “space” though. Aren’t our keeps pretty much limitless on the number of creatures we can own? I know some people must have critters in the high thousands!

I assume there’s a limit on the number of tabs we can have, does anyone happen to know what it is?
Waste of space is probably more like 'I don't want to keep them, they're just there and I don't really care about them' kinda thing
To me at least x2
This Signature looks so bad on mobile. Good lord it is HUGE. I'll need to work on that at some point. For now though I sleep

It's just me.. I'm a breeder and anything that doesn't breed is taking up space in my keep. I keep m/f pairs of nonbreedables for my collection, but rarely any beyond that. I have over 17,000 creatures to keep up with, so unbreedables are better off with someone who can appreciate them.
I am in the process of moving house, so I will not be around much for the foreseeable future.

Ah, ok! Both these viewpoints make a lot of sense.

I think I’m just so used to being around people who are collectors of Actual Physical Stuff (myself included though not to the extent of many people I know) that adoptables seem like “nothing”, ‘space’-wise, in comparison. Though holy cow, 17k is a lot of critters to keep track of and I can totally understand why you don’t want many extraneous non-breeding creatures around!

I’m envisioning two rocks crashing into each other so hard that a bunch of chips fly off, and those are the eggs/babies that grow into new rocks. :t-xD:
