I've been working on my vet school application essays since may. I'm done with 1. I'm happy-ish with 2. and the rest i've barely started on. the essays aren't long, just...how do you make yourself stand out within 300 words? I'm alright at writing and I can definitely make things concise, but everything I want to say, I know 85% of the other applicants will also be wanting to say as well.
All of these essays to apply to one school--holy cow.
and i'll also be paying ~$250 for only applying to one school. what the heck 
Maybe going to be a chemist with starting pay of $22 an hour isn't such a bad idea. I'll be graduating with my bachelor's without debt in the spring...

Okay that's it. Fuck off,I don't give a damn that you can't log in on your iPhone 7 or 8 or whatever it was. Not my responsibility to know your flipping passwords, your apple-id, Hotmail and other shit needed to run it. Go get help at the Apple center in centrum that is 5min away or gets a new phone that doesn't require this much knowledge to run. Mmmmm just personal crap
I think all my paperwork got lost in the mail. Ugh. West Virginia’s been a pain, but now Alabama’s being one too. Not as much of a pain as West Virginia though. That’s a whole nother can of worms with incorrect addresses and instructions on their site. But yeah, I really need this license asap, sent the stuff out over a week ago, and they still haven’t got it. So I’m guess my certificates and all the paperwork I did is lost, and I don’t have another copy of my nremt certificate because it hasn’t come yet even though I also ordered it the same day I sent my paperwork off. I need my license before I leave the 16th. I don’t think that’s happening now.

Upstairs neighbor left a note on my door last night in response to the note I left her. I was correct in my assumption, they do work night shift. This is going to definitely be a difficult thing for us to not irritate each other because they get up for work at 3am (which is when I keep waking up to them walking around). I'll just have to deal with it, maybe turn my fan up higher to try and drown it out. She was super apologetic and gave me her cell # in case the noise gets out of hand.
Oh apartment life... I haven't missed you.

It didn't bother me that much (I'm far more bothered by loud TVs or something through the wall), and they didn't walk around often, but when they did it was absurdly loud, like unnaturally so.
Then I found out they had an artificial leg. Good thing I didn't complain...

I updated on previous page, but the girl put a note on my door basically confirming they work an overnight shift and are getting ready for work at 3am which is why I keep hearing them. It was better last night, still some noise but that's to be expected. As long as it isn't horribly excessive I can deal with it. My apartment is a corner so I actually only have the upstairs neighbor and then my pantry is against a neighbor's pantry. All other walls are either outside walls or face the entrance stairwell. I got lucky in that aspect.
As for yours - omg good thing you didn't indeed! I would feel HORRIBLE if I complained then found out it's an artificial leg.
