Thanks y'all. Right now my stress is coming from my uncertain job situation. I had taken this job for teaching in China next year, but with all the insanity and volatile discourse between the U.S. and China, I'm not going now. So, back to the search. This is really late in the game to find teaching jobs overseas so I'm worried I'll have to settle for finding a job here in Texas again - yes yes, any job would be a blessing but when I've had my heart set on getting the hell out of here for a while, settling is killing me.Sharl wrote:Yeah. ~hugs~ If you don't feel okay, that's because things aren't okay. MS is so freaking slow... it took almost 5 minutes to load the homepage and I keep getting the 502-whatever errors every minute or so.

My doctor did a stimulation test, and the normal reference range is 14-16 after stimulation. Mine was a whopping 1.6! That's gonna be a yikes from me. At least I'm back up to my previous dose of hydrocortisone, which was 20 mg. My second and last doses are only half a tablet, but my doctor wants to see if it will be enough to carry me through the night without feeling tired upon waking up in the morning. I also have to get a CAT scan of my adrenals, but I have to wait a few months because I just got an MRI and too much contrast can cause kidney problems.
I'm supposed to visit him the first weekend in June, but...that might get shoved back yet another week.
