I've been doing it once or twice a day (It's still going to hurt something awful when I can finally go back and get on the pole, though. My skin will not be used to it anymore)
I need, like, a super gentle yoga to get started. I lost a lot of muscle when I was in ICU years ago, and never worked to get it back, so I'm like a limp noodle.
At least with a step counter, I feel more accountable and I have small goals I can set up for myself. It encourages me to move a little more.
Maybe I'll work my way up to the video you posted, lol.
