1: Are you vegetarian or vegan?
yes
2: If yes WHY did you decide to become vegetarian/vegan.
First I was simply disgusted by eating animals, not because they are "cute" or whatever, but because their flesh is body parts. I also don't think that milk is okay to drink/eat, although I eat cheese because I'm kinda addicted to it, but that doesn't mean it's good.
3:If you are, how long have you been vegetarian/vegan.
At least 18 years and even before that I ate extremely low amounts of meat and only very specific types.
4: Would you ever consider going back to eating meat (if vegan/vegetarian)
Never.
Would you ever consider becoming vegan/vegetarian (if a meat eater)
------
5: Do you feel healthier/less healthy since going vegetarian/vegan (if vegetarian/vegan)
I can't judge the difference because the amounts of meat I ate even when I wasn't one yet were incredibly low.
6: How are your energy levels/iron levels etc (i guess both could answer this)
Both low, but that's not because of vegetarianism but because I'm generally depressed and a very bad eater and suffer from lack of appetite, I often don't eat enough and sometimes have to force myself to eat. I'm eating cereals with iron which helps a bit, but sometimes I can't get even these down.
7: Do you take a vitamin suppliment.
Not right now, although I sometimes did because of my general problems with eating.

No, I would not. I don't mind people who are vegan/vegetarian as far they don't flaunt it in my face. Everyone has the right to eat what they think is right for them. Because at the end of the day we all eat living things. Anything that needs oxygen, water m.m = alive. And I found an interesting article about researches that heard an ultrasonic-scream/sound from a plants that are in distress:

To be really blunt: its the circle of life.
But I do enjoy veggie burgers, they are delicious <3

5: Do you feel healthier/less healthy since going vegetarian/vegan (if vegetarian/vegan)
I did try it for 3 months when I was a teenager but it was the worst 3 months of my life. It was pure hell. At first, I literally got cramps because I didn't eat meat. Don't know why. I made sure the intake of all needed daily proteins and other important things was correct, and while the cramps did pass... my mood went out of whack (happy one second, sad next).

And snacking.Omg, all that snacking... :headdesk: And craving spicy chicken wings, chicken in curry sauce, chicken in sweet&sour cashew nut-sause... I gave up. It`s nothing for me I love meat too much.

6: How are your energy levels/iron levels etc (i guess both could answer this)

I don't do blood tests...but last time I visited the doctor (coughing that refused to go away), besides the caught, he didn't detect anything abnormal. He did note that my blood pressure was low but both my parents and my grandparents (besides my grandpa) have low pressure as well so its more due to my genes.

7: Do you take a vitamin suppliment. (i guess both could answer that too)

Nope.the only vitamins I take are D-vitamins during winter to lower the risk of seasonal-depression due to no sunlight.Otherwise, no vitamins.

1: I'm a vegetarian bordering on vegan

2: I honestly have no idea, I think its just a habit at this point. I'm more than happy to kill an animal and eat it but I really hate the industry around meat eating and how wasteful and uncaring it is. Mostly how they treat livestock as mini food factories and not as individual creatures.

3: Pretty much my entire life but ate meat for a bit a few years ago.

4: If someone offered I'd eat meat. I would love to go out on the mountains one day and see how long I can survive hunting and using the animal as efficiently as possible (which i see moral and honourable to the animal)

5: I feel a lot healthier and 'pure' being vegetarian, but again this is only because of the underlying industry not the killing and eating of animals itself.

6: I currently suffer from anaemia, but this is mostly because I have chronic nosebleeds.

7: Yes, I take iron supplement and multivitamin tablets frequently, but again I blame this on underlying conditions not vegetarianism since I've been doing it my whole life and this only started in January,

1: Are you vegetarian or vegan?

Mostly vegetarian.

2: If yes WHY did you decide to become vegetarian/vegan.

My partner is allergic to most meat (beef, pork, etc.) and gets very ill eating it. When we moved in together, I started cooking entirely vegetarian meals. I still get the occasional meat product here and there but it's rare.

3:If you are, how long have you been vegetarian/vegan.

About a year and a bit.

4: Would you ever consider going back to eating meat (if vegan/vegetarian)
Would you ever consider becoming vegan/vegetarian (if a meat eater)

I would happily eat meat again but it's also incredibly expensive now comparatively. But they keep releasing vegetarian products that taste just as good so I'm happy.

5: Do you feel healthier/less healthy since going vegetarian/vegan (if vegetarian/vegan)

Not really much different?

6: How are your energy levels/iron levels etc (i guess both could answer this)

Pretty much the same as before.

7: Do you take a vitamin supplement. (i guess both could answer that too)

No.
