Wow. I feel so sorry for you. Just know that nobody is alone and there is always an explanation for your fears and anxiety. Jobs are something that educates you and helps other people.

Thanks, Wings.
It's all good. I'm getting along "fine enough" with the new job... and it'll be decent a place enough to work part-time to work for a couple of years while I attempt to get my apprenticeship...

Still gotta wait til this virus thing is over though. All the tattoo parlors are on lock down. :'(

^^ while I know we cannot control what is happening and I totally respect the dire need to stay at home, it definetly has had a huuugeee impact on people that were already struggling with mental health. I already suffer pretty bad from agoraphobia and paranoia in public so im pretty nervous about how much I'll be set back in progress after this hiatus from society.

we will all get through this tough and hopefully everything will be a bit brighter as soon as things let up : o

Oh, I feel y'all. Coming from a mental health standpoint, this whole thing is just... killing those of us who already suffer from mental health issues like anxiety/depression/attention deficit issues/paranoia, etc... I know my husband and I both are bad for feeling like we're stuck in a rut, like "it's going to feel this way forever." We're bad about that... outside of the virus thing. But with that.... just... ooof.

Stay in there, guys. This won't last forever.

Welp...

Sadly, time to revitalize this thread.

Unfortunately my grandmother passed yesterday afternoon after fighting renal and heart failure. She and my grandfather are the ones my husband and I live with and help take care of...

I'm okay, but I'm glad she is no longer suffering - as I know how much she had been for quite a while. I just hate to see all my loved ones hurt and grieve - especially my Papa who has been with her since they were 15 years old (he is 72 now). And he has dementia so it's even sadder.

There's nothing really I can say or do to make it easier, but I wish there was...
