Sabrina just sighed when she watched Blaire go back to the village to check on Aisling at both her and Liam’s insistence. “Why can’t he just admit that he’s worried about her instead of making a big scene? Drama queen,” she asked and said before having her attention go to being on Liam afterward. “Oh? How was he wearing you out? I’m doing fine. You?” she asked curiously in reply to what he said regarding Blaire wearing him out with a slight head tilt as well as said in reply to what he asked about how she was doing while also asking how he was doing.

Aisling stopped tossing and turning after a little while longer of doing that, causing Tami to sigh a bit in relief when she saw that. She was really worried about her niece’s other friend for awhile and wondered if the fever would ever break. She took the wet cloth off of her head then to check her temperature and was even more relieved to find that it was much cooler than it had been earlier which was really good. She then started to take the other wet cloths off of her arms and back afterward while letting her rest. While she went into the main area of the healer hut to put the cloths away, she hoped that her fever wouldn’t come back.

Liam let out another yawn. "He's just got too much negative energy right now." He snuggled closer to Sabrina, giving her a quick lick on the cheek. "I'm glad you talked him into going. I'm glad you're here."

Blaire stormed through the village toward the healers hut. He briefly saw the pack of pups that he'd snarled at earlier, and he elected to ignore them.
He came to the door of the healers hut, shifted into human form, then hesitated. He held his breath for what seemed like forever. He finally let it out, put his hand on the door latch, then softly knocked as he opened the door at the same time. Once his eyes adjusted to the darker environment of the hut, he spotted Aisling. Seeing her lying so still, he froze in place, mind and heart racing.

"Oh okay," Sabrina said in reply to Liam's first statement before feeling him snuggle closer to her afterward. "Me too on both counts," she said in reply to his other two statements he said and licked him back on the cheek before laying down next to him. She made sure to still be close to him and where her fur was touching his.

Tami turned towards the door when she heard the soft knock and saw the door opening, seeing Blaire coming in a little while later after she was done putting the cloths in a place where they could dry. "Hey Blaire. You come to check in on Aisling?" she said and asked softly in greeting with a smile on her face before seeing him freeze in place. "It's okay. She's just resting. Her fever broke earlier so she's just getting some much needed sleep from all the tossing and turning she was doing before then," she said in a reassuring way.

Liam smiled and closed his eyes, thinking he would rest just a moment. However, after a moment, his breathing deepened and he slipped into a good nap.

Blaire started breathing again as soon as his Aunt reassured him that Aisling was okay. "Oh. Okay. Great. Yeah, I was... uh... just coming in to check. Is that okay?" He took a step toward Aisling, then hesitated again.

Sabrina looked over at Liam when she heard deep breathing coming from him after a moment or so, surprised that he was fast asleep as she wasn't expecting him to be. "I guess my brother tired you out more than you initially thought," she said softly before nuzzling him and then laying her head across his back afterward but didn't fall asleep. She was keeping watch in case anything came close to them, wanting to attack them.

After the meeting was over (assuming it's over by now), Zoe sighed softly to herself as there wasn't a clear solution as to what they could do about the cats with what had happened to Aisling. "Well that was a bit of a waste of time," she said a few minutes later as she was referring to it mostly being about arguing instead of an actual discussion to what they could do when they were standing outside the meeting hall before saying and asking a bit randomly but also a bit curiously at the same time, "So the rituals are coming up. Do you have anyone in mind that you'd like to fight for?" Then a few minutes after she asked what she did she blushed a bit before saying, "I know that we should probably be discussing a solution that we can share with your uncle and dad about the cats instead of the rituals, but I'm just curious." She kind of had an idea of how he felt, but she also kind of wanted to be sure.

"Okay and yes of course," Tami said in reply with a small knowing smile hidden behind her hand before she got it under control again and she had a normal smile on her face instead. "Take your time and I'll just be over here if you need me," she said after she lowered her hand again and then walked over to be in the main area of the hut to check her stock of things.
It was then that Aisling started to wake up, smelling a different scent other than the alpha female of their pack and Blaire's aunt which belonged to Blaire. "Mm Blaire?" she asked groggily as she tried to sit up but quickly found that it was difficult as she was in a lot of pain. "Ow. Remind me to never do something stupid like that ever again. How much trouble am I in?" She then asked a few minutes later with a small whimper and a sad look on her face, "Are you mad at and disappointed with me? I understand if you are since I put you, Brazen, Sabrina, and Zoe in danger. I vaguely remember that one of the cats bit me. Is something bad going to happen to me as a result?"

(Lost my draft, somehow, so I am going to angry post now, quit procrastinating, and be done with it! LOL)

Brazen's brows were knit as the meeting was dismissed so the pack leaders could deliberate in private. As he shuffled out the door, he brushed shoulders with Zoe. His mind snapped from wondering about the werecats to Zoe's question. For a moment, he wondered how she could be asking about the ritual at a time like this, but when he looked at her eyes, those thoughts melted away.
He smiled sheepishly and shrugged, "Well, I guess I'd like to fight for you, if that's okay?" he said, reaching for her hand.

Blaire stroked Aisling's hair back, shushing her softly as she tried to sit up. "Yes, I'm very cross with you, but in a good way. I'm not disappointed. Just... worried." He sighed, "I don't think you're in trouble. I don't know what's going to happen, to be honest."

Zoe smiled with a small, relieved sigh when she heard what he said before taking his offered hand afterward. “I’m glad and of course,” she said in reply with the smile still on her face. “I just hope that the other girls in our pack don’t try to get your attention and steal you away when I’m not around,” she said soon after with a tinge of jealousy while her smile faded slightly but then it returned as quickly as it had gone. “Um now that we got that out of the way should we discuss ideas of what we can do with the werecats to talk to your dad and uncle about so that they can be voted on in the next pack meeting?” she asked a bit shyly with a small blush on her cheeks afterward.

Aisling sighed a bit sadly when she heard that he was cross with her, knowing that if she had been in her wolf form her ears would be pinned back against her head in shame, but then she got a curious expression on her face when she heard the rest of what he said which included him saying that it was in a good way. “Um so you’re cross with me but it’s a good kind of cross? How so? I’m sorry that I got you worried then. Oh, but I’m sure I’ll be stuck doing extra stuff around here for a bit like I’m sure Zoe is doing. Okay that’s a relief, but I’m also kind of worried that it’ll cause rumors to spread about me possibly going mad or some other kind of illness from the cats.”
