What is LK?
The Lion King is a 1994 American animated feature produced by Walt Disney Feature Animation.
The movie also has a sequel "The Lion King II: Simba's Pride" and a prequel-part , The Lion King 1½

Yay welcome Merkwerkee and GamingGal.Let's start with something simple what do you think about the possibility about Scar not being the father of Kovu,for me they look pretty identic

i havent actually seen the second movie - the first and a half
i have seen youtube vids of some of the music, though, and i must say - with that degree of correlation between phenotypes the genotypes must be very very similar

so either scar is kovu's father or his brother

It's not a possibility. In that movie, it is clearly stated by Nuka, "Kovu, Kovu, Kovu. Scar wasn't even his father. He just took him in."
Clearly stated in the beginning of this video.





Kovu is only a dark lion because the character designers wanted a dark looking character, like Scar. However, because Scar is not his father, Kovu is not incredibly dark and black. Plus, Kovu is more of blah "bad turned good" character, so he had to be a bit light to appeal to young kids.

It just makes you wonder who his father really is. And who the heck Zira is. If she was somehow related to Scar and whatnot
