We have another small change to the Merchant District rules. The following rule (which is more of a clarification and has been in effect for years already) has been added:
For any time zone that observes Daylight Saving Time, DST is considered to be in effect for the Merchant District as well. In particular, that is true for Eastern Standard Time (EST), Central Standard Time (CST), Mountain Standard Time (MST), Pacific Standard Time (PST), Western European Time (WET), Central European Time (CET) and Eastern European Time (EET). This is true even if you are living in an area that does not observe DST.
Also, The following part has been removed from the rules:
Likewise, linking to a tab is not enough; you'll have to link to creatures directly to prevent scamming.
From now on you are allowed to link to tabs in the Merchant District again. We think the inconvenience to users and the workload for mods is too high compared to the gain of this rule to keep it.
Note that you still may not have creatures you are selling in hidden tabs, since that prevents users from checking on dates and lineages, but you no longer need to link to every single creature in a tab. A link to the tab itself is now sufficient again.
