Hey there! I wanted a place where I could show you folks some of my pixel works, since being on Magistream makes me want to pixel. Being surrounded by gorgeous sprites does that to you!
As as bit of background, here's the basics:
☂ I have been pixelling since 2003.
☂ I use MS Paint exclusively for pixel art. I only use Photoshop to make my pieces transparent.
☂ I started out by making "dolls"- little pixel people are created by drawing hair and clothes into pre-made and credited base bodies. Anime and book characters are popular.
☂ Only pieces that I've stated may be adopted/used can be taken.
☂ I am not open for trades, requests or commissions, though I am hoping to open an adoptables shop soon. I may be willing to listen to suggestions, though!
☂ If you have any constructive criticism or critique, I'd love to hear it! I'm always hoping to improve.
But without further ado, onto the pixels!

Anyone around in March/April 2010 might remember that I opened a moderately successful shop selling pixel potions for a small fee. My love of pixel potions is still apparent by their heavy usage in my avatar, but I am no longer interested in running a shop solely for the sale of potions. Even still, I'd like to share with you some of my efforts!
These were the colour examples I used in my shop. I never actually got chance to make someone a potion with most of the colours, since the red and black were pretty popular!
A matching set of themed potions based on the Pokémon Lugia and Ho-Oh in their Shining formes. The shiny Ho-Oh potion was made for Biscuit, my then-girlfriend. My Lugia potion is still in my profile!
I made various example bottles with the bold ambition to offer different sorts of bottles in my shop. My timing was poor, as I rapidly lost interest in my shop due to my getting a new job. I'm still pretty proud of these, though, since it was a good practice for transparency.
My current summer and previous winter avatars, side by side for comparison. It's the same scene, just at a different time of year! One of the biggest influences on the scene was the art of Alphonse Mucha, the father of Art Noveau.
It's one of my favourite art movements and whilst the scenes lack the motifs, the idea is there. Summer is depicted at noon and winter at night, which were ideas I've borrowed off him. I do intend to make a 'spring in the morning' and 'autumn in the afternoon' versions of the scenes, too!
And as an easter egg- the constellation shown in the winter scene is Orion, with Sirius shown just above the horizon. Orion is my favourite constellation an a sure sign of winter to me!

This is the sky background from my summer avatar, but without all the things in the foreground. I'm not entirely sure how I made it- I just scribbled over the gradient and added highlights. Next thing I knew, I had this! Not that I'm complaining!
This scene is actually quite old- I made it a good few years ago and it proudly adorned my signature on a few forums for a while. Whilst I know I could remake it better now (especially the textures on the mountain), I'm very fond of it because it was my first big pixel scene.
Some feathers floating in a rainy sky. Again, this was made for scene practice and it was a forum signature banner for a while.
You guessed it- forum signature banners. I was really into these kind of banners for a while, as you can see!
All of the above banners, bar the new sky, were made to subtly show love for favourite ships whilst not being obvious for forums. As you can see, the 'mountain and sea' and 'feathers in rain' ones were both for the same ship, but the 'rainbow over city' one was for a different one entirely that I've grown out of!
~*Banners*~
A collection of various banners I made for use by various Magistream guilds. I'm not sure if any of them bar the top two are still in use, but I had fun making them. Making banners isn't really my usual style, but I still like some of them! Watch the Pandemic symbol one carefully- it's animated!

Keys I made themed around Magistream Koi and a generic teal dragon. I'm not sure what prompted me to make them, but I still like the colours on the dragon key.
~*Trinkets*~
All the Trinkets I've made and submitted for GPX+ so far. They are the Boxed Sushi Lunch, Unovan Hero's Pendant, Valentine Socks and the Heart-Shaped Lure. The one I'm least happy with is N's pendant because I know I could do better on it, but I wanted to submit it before someone else could!

The Archyopteraptor is the creation that I won the first Spriters and Recolourers Guild contest with. The initial lines were a joint effort between Glasswalker and Umbreonage, but the rest was all me! It looked like a raptor initially. I added the features, wings, beak and textures myself. It's a little old, but it's one of the most detailed texture pieces I've done to date!
Different versions of the butterflies from my summer avatar. The blue and green didn't make the final cut, but I liked them in those colours anyway! If you'd like to adopt them, here's the codes below!
Oh! It's so beautiful. I would request from you if you took them. I really love this the most, and the Green Butterfly. ^^
PLEASE STOP CLICKING MY HATCHLINGS UNLESS THEY ARE POSTED IN THE CLICK THREADS.
PLEASE stop clicking through creatures I buy in the forums. Thank you. LTB Event, Donation, Black Market
Signature art: Base by Gravity (#880890) on FP and avatar art by TheLadyRaincloud on dA.
Thank you very much everyone, for your kind words!
Euphoria, when you've finished your sprite, may I see it please?
Cass- that's high praise from one of Magistream's Artisans, thank you! I do have a very old Deviantart that I never use any more, but I don't have any of my pixel art on it- not like this. Who did you have in mind that I might be?
